TaxAtlasPro offers expert consultation and compliance guidance on global tax matters. Engagement begins upon confirmation of your request. Cancellations and modifications are subject to the refund policy detailed below.

3. Information Products

Our digital offerings include courses, e-books, and webinars designed to deliver comprehensive tax guidance. Access is granted upon successful order processing, and materials are available for download or online viewing.

4. Goods

We supply printed materials and reference guides on global tax rules and compliance. Shipments are dispatched after order confirmation, and tracking details will be provided.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no substantial work has commenced. Submit your request via our Contact Form. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment channel. Alternatively, you may transfer your session to a future date within six months. Customized research projects incur a non-refundable fee to cover preparatory efforts.

5.2 Information Products

Digital products are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no download or access has occurred. After access, eligibility expires. Requests must be submitted via our Contact Form. Approved reimbursements will be processed to the original payment channel.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be refunded within 30 days of delivery if they remain unused and in original packaging. Customers must ship items back to TaxAtlasPro at the address above. Once inspection is complete, we will process a reimbursement to the original payment channel or, at your option, an exchange for equivalent items. Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Modifications

TaxAtlasPro reserves the right to update these terms at any time in 2025. Continued use signifies acceptance of any changes.
